Nestled in the sunny beauty of Clearwater, FL, Crysta found her passion for events surrounded by the love of her family. Growing up with two sisters, a brother, her mom, and grandma, she learned the importance of celebrating life’s moments together. Now, as the creative force behind Stelloccasions, Crysta transforms that spirit of joy and connection into unforgettable weddings and events, helping others create memories that last a lifetime.

Crysta lives with her beloved dog, Stella, who serves as her loyal sidekick and the inspiration behind the company’s name. Together, they enjoy cozy evenings filled with country music, including a healthy dose of Taylor Swift and the Jonas Brothers, as well as a workout at the gym—where Crysta loves to lift weights and stay active. Balancing her personal interests with her professional aspirations, she nurtures a plethora of houseplants that bring a touch of nature into her home, echoing her commitment to growth and beauty in all aspects of her life.

After graduating from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing in 2018, Crysta embarked on her journey in the events industry. Her early career took off at a Fortune 500 insurance agency, where she honed her skills in client entertainment events, educational seminars, and employee gatherings. Currently, as the Events Manager for The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, she brings her creative flair to a variety of guest activations and fundraising galas, making waves in the local event scene.

Crysta’s dedication doesn’t stop there. She often lends her expertise as a freelance assistant coordinator to fellow wedding planners in the Tampa Bay area. This collaborative spirit not only enriches her experience but also strengthens the community of event professionals around her.

In her pursuit of excellence, Crysta is on track to earn her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) designations in 2024. Her commitment to continuous education is driven by a desire to provide the best possible service to her clients, ensuring that every event is not only memorable but also flawlessly executed.
